You will need to create an account to shop with us, but if you don’t already have one you can easily create one during the checkout process by simply creating a password and email. DELIVERY METHODS
- Express Service (1-2 Business Day) - for Thai customers
- Standard shipping ( AIR-MAIL ) will usually take 1-3 weeks or sooner.

- Express shipping ( DHL ) will usually takes 1-3 business days. Tracking is available and will be emailed once the order is shipped.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
International customers may be subject to duties and taxes, which are out of our control. we is not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We can not cover these fee's and have no way of calculating the charge an order is placed.

PRODUCT ARRIVE
Normally, you should receive your items within 1-3 working days for orders within Thailand, and 3-10 working days for international orders. Occasionally, there may be unforeseen delays due to the products being stocked outside of MADWORKS. If you have not received your products within 16 working days of placing the order, please contact our customer care team with your Order # and we will chase up the order status with our courier straight away.

Note: International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes that the customer is responsible for paying.

When do you guys restock the webstore?
Restocks may or may not happen with certain items. Any notification of a restock will be posted on Every Platform
